1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a bee removal service with Beecasso Bee Removal, you agree to allow our technicians access to the affected area of your property. We will assess the situation, provide an estimate, and perform humane live bee removal and relocation services as agreed upon.

2. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided as an estimate based on initial assessment. Final pricing may vary based on hive size, location difficulty, and structural access requirements. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

3. Liability

Beecasso Bee Removal is fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution to prevent property damage during removal, certain structural modifications may be necessary to access enclosed hives. We will discuss any such requirements with you before proceeding.

4. Warranty

We provide a warranty on our removal services. If bees return to the same location within the warranty period, we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Warranty terms and duration are specified in your service agreement.
